CHTI提案競賽的分析框架框架講座已於4月19日順利完成，指導教授張佳欽老師特別提醒所有參賽者須對選定的國家做研究和分析。建議利用PESTLE的架構，提出具說服力的理由，向評審解釋在這些國家進行投資的原因。
