管院交換生展開精彩的臺大學習旅程

每年九月，臺灣大學管理學院都會迎來來自世界各國的交換學生。在臺灣，他們每天學習、體驗亞洲文化和亞洲人的熱情。現今亞洲文化在全世界流行著，搭上這股風潮，臺灣今年被來自多國近90位交換生選中，讓他們能親身體驗臺灣文化、語言的魅力。在此必須提及，臺大管院一直以來都是扮演著一個讓交換生能夠適應本地文化和教育體制的重要角色。

管理學院國際事務處邀請了數十位極具啓發性地為我們揭開這次交換計畫的序幕。迎新介紹是一個讓交換生瞭解臺大與管院的歷史和趣事的珍貴機會。他們會認識學術議題、校園生活、旅遊景點推薦和由本地人提供，關於日常瑣事的各種資訊。藉著這個活動，交換生可以瞭解到許多在臺大和臺灣生活不可或缺的資訊。此外，在互動世界，交換生間可以互相交流，並且認識他們buddy program 的夥伴。

在上午的介紹結束後，交換生被分成數組，由本地的學生帶領，在學校周邊用餐，以及一趟簡短的校園導覽。這次校園導覽約莫一個小時，讓交換生對於臺大的各個建築及功能有基本的認識。從管院到社科院，還有各項基本設施，包括健身房、總圖和球場等等。雖然當天下著小雨，但交換生和本地生仍舊愉快地交談著、互動著，大家共度了一段美好的時光。活動尾聲，我們請交換生喝一杯世界知名的珍珠奶茶，除了讓他們嘗試本地美食，也是對抗台北濕熱天氣的最佳良方。最後，我們用快樂和滿足為迎新日劃下句點。從現在開始，交換生們將在臺大、在臺灣開始一趟精彩又難以忘懷的旅程。

In every September, College of Management of National Taiwan University welcomes exchange students with various nationalities to start their studies in Taiwan and experience Asian hospitality in their everyday lives. As Asian culture and Chinese language are trending the world, NTU CoM is chosen by around 90 exchange students around the world this year in order to get themselves exposed to the culture and the language in daily lives. For this reason, the orientation of NTU CoM always acts as an important role for exchange students to fit in our local culture and adapt to the Asian education system.

After the informative orientation in the morning, foreign students were divided into several groups, led by local student buddies, and proceeded for lunch and a short campus tour. The campus tour lasted for more than an hour, enabling exchange students to gain basic understanding of our campus buildings, from CoM to Department of Social Science, as well as school facilities, including gymnasium, courts, and the Main Library, etc. Even though it was drizzled during the tour, both exchange students and local buddies were very involved, interacting actively with each other, and having a wonderful time together.

The tour ended with tasting our world-known pearl milk tea, which gave the students a chance to experience local delicacies and the courage to combat the scorching-hot and humid weather in Taipei. The tour was successfully done with happiness and satisfaction. From now on, it’s time for the CoM exchange students to start their amazing and unforgettable journey in NTU and Taiwan.
