114學年度第一學期管理學院來校交換生迎新

Buddy Program的迎新活動在8月27日結束了。身為註冊小組長，我和負責人Patty一起規劃報到流程，確認繳費、收各種文件、發放名牌與物品等等。幸好有Patty帶領大家提前彩排，當天一早大家各就各位，很快就進入狀況。正式活動中，我們要一直注意細節、臨機應變，在看到整體流程順利運作後，心裡覺得很踏實。

活動中最熱鬧的就是破冰遊戲。大家吃著台灣點心，一邊互相比對答案、簽格子，現場充滿笑聲和討論聲。能看到外國同學玩得開心，讓我覺得努力很值得。這不只是一次迎新活動，更是一次學習合作、練習組織分工、和不同文化背景的同學交流的經驗。我相信這會讓交換生更快融入台大生活，也讓buddy彼此之間更熟悉。

 

Fall 2025 NTU CoM Exchange Student Orientation

Buddy Program orientation ended on August 27. As the registration team leader, I worked with Patty to plan the check-in process—confirming payment, collecting documents, handing out name tags and materials. Thanks to Patty’s rehearsal, everyone quickly got into position on the event day. During the activity, we stayed alert to details and adapted when needed, and it felt reassuring to see everything run smoothly.

The highlight was the ice-breaking game. While enjoying Taiwanese snacks, students compared answers and filled their sheets, with laughter and chatter filling the room. Seeing international students have fun made all the effort worthwhile.

This was more than just an orientation—it was a chance to practice teamwork, organization, and cross-cultural exchange. I believe it helped exchange students integrate into NTU life faster, while also strengthening bonds between buddies.also had the opportunity to meet many international and local students throughout the experience.
